Wow what can I say… What a great experience I had dealing with this team to get my BRAND NEW BETA XTRAINER! Everett Powersports made it an enjoyable experience! I was so excited and they really made me feel special. See below thanks to the cool team! Mark- I was 1st greeted by him and from the start he friendly and totally was there to help me stay excited throughout my new bike experience! David- He was there to help answer all of my questions and give me the break down of the costs as I was debating on a 2023 and 2024. David was very fast at responding and it was easy to communicate with him. He even called me after texting me to make sure we were on the same page! Chase- He was there for me on the day that I went to pick up the Bike. He was so friendly and really helped me get pumped up for seeing my new bike! Frank- He hooked me up with the necessities to take care of my bike and give me some specs on the bike. I know I will be visiting him again soon! Tim- Marketing guru! I had a cool thing happen when I was there… Tim came out and did a video of me and my new bike. I felt like a movie star… I can’t wait to see the video when it gets uploaded to Facebook. Thad- The man that helped me finalize the purchase was of the bike… The most important part of my visit… I also got some cool tie down straps! Thank you all at Everett Powersports, even the people that were behind the scenes! As I know there was a lady that offered to help me load my bike, and I didn’t catch her name.

David was amazing in helping us. We live in E. Wa so I called and talked with him on the phone about the 2 bikes we were looking for. He let me know what they had in stock. We worked the numbers and 5 days later we made the 4 hour trip to pick up our 2023 Sherco 250se Factory Pichon addition and 2024 Sherco 300se Factory. David had the bikes all ready. He got us to Marc for parts and finalizing everything with Thad! David went over the bikes with us and made sure we were all set and ready for our long trip home! I would recommend anyone reach out to David for help with their next bike! Everyone there is just amazing!

Such a great group of people here. I have an annoying tendency to go back and forth on purchasing motorcycles as I over/under think which bike would be best for me. This results in my outing a deposit down on a bike and changing it several times. The folks here have always been nothing but patient and accommodating. Big shout out to Chase and Thad in sales and Angie in finance.

great experience purchasing a new motorcycle from EPS, outstanding service from all departments! David in sales, Angie in finance, Marc, John, Jeremy and Frank in parts, special shoutout to Michael in service for helping set up the bike for me on his lunch and going over everything at delivery… but most of all l’d like to thank both owner/operators Matt & Mark for having and keeping a great staff and providing the the best motorcycle shop in the PNW! THANKS GUYS!!

Jeremy was great in parts helping me find the tire size I needed(not a usual size they carry in stock) BUT THEY HAD IT! Shortly after I arrived I was taken by Jeremy over to the service department for the tire to be installed. Joe in the service was amazing about helping me get my tire put on and even cracking jokes with me about how had “lots” of tread left(it was warn so much the wires were showing lol). Love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s also amazing to see THE SAME EMPLOYEES there as I’ve seen years ago. Goes to show how great they are.
